Pat Sweeney is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the Credit Union movement. A highly respected advisor within the movement, Pat has successfully led numerous important assignments for Credit Union clients over the years. These include the facilitation of strategic planning sessions among other assignments. Pat has also been invited to speak at a number of Credit Union seminars over the years on a diverse range of topics including compliance and risk management.
Ray Murphy is a Group Director and Chief Information Officer for Saprev and has held senior management positions in Grand Met, Diageo and other global corporations. As Vice President – Product Development and Support for the IMS EMEA region, Ray headed up system change initiatives, evaluating Prince2 and ITIL methodologies. He has audited responses to government regulators in Europe and the USA to ensure appropriate best practice is embedded in the organisation. Ray is one of the pioneers of offshore Agile and has won awards for change management and staff development. He also has deep expertise in Disaster Recovery planning and testing. Jane Leonard has a background in Organisational Psychology. Her focus is on Performance Improvement, Change and Knowledge Management at the Business Process and Employee levels in Credit Unions. She works with Management and Boards in the design and deployment of Member Engagement programmes, encompassing online Social Media strategies for Business Development as well as offline and “feet on the street” programmes.
Jack Foley is an economist, company director and business adviser. He is highly skilled in finance, process development, negotiating and training delivery. An accomplished project leader, he is expert in channelling the work of multi-disciplinary teams into coherent reports and effective action plans. Jack has overseen the development and commercialisation of several software applications, including budgeting software for Credit Unions. He is a widely respected adviser to accounting practices in business planning and financial projections.
Damian O’Neill is a Chartered Accountant with broad experience in organisations from micro-enterprises to multi-nationals and Government bodies. He has worked with Credit Unions on a variety of projects including facilitating development of Strategic Plans, designed and deploying membership engagement programmes and conducting due diligence on IT systems and payment cards. He specialises in managing change by offering clear, focused technical and management direction to clients.
Alan O’Keeffe is an IT systems consultant who has worked on a wide variety of IT systems and across a range of industries for almost thirty years. He is highly experienced in systems integration, data analysis and implementation of corporate reporting tools and Business Intelligence software. He has developed financial modelling software for Credit Unions – a project which combined his programming and finance certifications and skills. He has also completed due diligence reporting on IT systems for Credit Unions.
